Open Access to Records, Documents and Information
A record folder is kept for each pupil and is updated annually. When your child leaves Earls Barton Junior School, this folder is passed to their new school. The folder contains the following information:
We follow the local authority's policy in that 'all records maintained on pupils or students by schools and the Education Authority shall be open to the individuals concerned and their parents and guardians.'
